Product Manager – Merchant Cash Advance (Lending)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Merchant Cash Advance offering. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution, working closely with the Head of Product and cross‑functional teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and delivery of the Merchant Cash Advance product and its commercial roadmap.
• Define and prioritise a backlog of growth initiatives aligned with revenue targets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technical, external partners) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Make commercial decisions on pricing, proposition and growth levers.
• Act as subject‑matter expert across the organisation and with external partners.
• Maintain strong project management to deliver initiatives on time and to high standards.
• Support the Head of Product in shaping new product developments and future lending strategy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a product role, ideally within financial services or lending.
• Proven ability to deliver product plans and drive data‑based decisions.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Positive, proactive and solutions‑focused attitude.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo.
