Product Manager – Regulatory Compliance (AI‑powered)

About the role

As a Product Manager for Regulatory Compliance you will shape AI‑powered capabilities on the LexisNexis RegCompliance+ platform. Working closely with customers, engineering, data science and commercial teams, you will turn insights into product decisions that improve user experience and drive measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse usage data and synthesize feedback from commercial teams and UX research to understand user needs.
• Define and prioritise feature requirements, acceptance criteria and AI‑driven enhancements.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform product positioning.
• Own product features through the full lifecycle, from discovery to launch, and monitor post‑release performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, content, sales and marketing to ensure timely delivery and clear communication of priorities.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, business analysis or a closely related customer‑facing role.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven product development and how AI creates customer value.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to write clear requirements.
• Customer‑centric mindset with curiosity about user behaviour and unmet needs.
