About the role
This 12‑month internship supports the Product Marketing Manager in launching and promoting Guerlain’s skincare, fragrance and beauty categories across the UK market. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing tools, reporting and in‑store activities are executed flawlessly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with category launch plans, creating presentations and maintaining marketing tools such as the Launch Calendar and Aurora.
- Gather and analyse monthly data using Circana, Power BI and Orion to support category performance tracking.
- Prepare price benchmarks, product mappings and printed collateral for new product launches.
- Support in‑store event coordination and POSM ordering, collaborating with the retail team.
- Contribute to forecasting, budget tracking and monthly allocation to stores.
- Conduct competitor store visits, report on new launches and marketing activations.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or a related field.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Creative flair and ability to manage small projects independently.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced Excel functions (V‑lookup, pivot tables).
- Power BI for data visualisation.
- Circana and Orion analytical tools.
