Product Marketing Lead

About the role

Monzo is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to drive market intelligence and shape product strategy for its product Collectives. The role sits within cross‑functional squads, acting as the voice of the market across the UK, Ireland, Spain and future markets, and partners closely with Integrated Marketing to bring propositions to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Set market intelligence and define product strategy for assigned Collectives (e.g., Wealth, MonzOS, EU).
• Own the end‑to‑end product marketing process: understand customers, shape positioning, and guide launch execution.
• Act as the market advocate within squads of Product Managers, Designers and User Researchers.
• Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to translate product propositions into customer‑facing campaigns.
• Influence product development and go‑to‑market decisions as a player/coach.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Strong ability to translate market insights into product strategy and positioning.
• Comfort working in cross‑functional, agile squads and influencing product and marketing teams.
• Passion for simplifying financial products and improving customer experiences.
• Interest in emerging markets such as wealth‑building, AI‑driven product discovery, and European expansion.
