Product Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape the positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market strategy for our established B2B SaaS platform built natively within Microsoft 365. You will own the commercial story that connects product, market and sales, driving qualified opportunities and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define platform positioning, messaging, personas and competitive intelligence.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies, product‑led campaigns and demand generation programmes.
• Create sales enablement assets such as decks, battlecards, guides, case studies and proposals.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and senior leadership, incorporating customer feedback into messaging and roadmap.
• Represent the product publicly through webinars, demos, industry events and occasional travel to the US.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of dedicated product marketing experience in a B2B software or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market plans that influence pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and sales enablement processes.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or related knowledge‑management solutions is highly desirable.
