Product & Marketing Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a profitable, rapidly growing medical products business. You will own a diverse portfolio of regulated products, supporting both existing lines and new product development while helping to embed stronger processes across the product function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle for existing and new medical products.
• Maintain accurate product catalogues, specifications and technical documentation.
• Develop and improve product management processes and controls.
• Administer product information in SharePoint and other business systems.
• Coordinate product launches and work closely with internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners to support development activities.
• Ensure product data is organised, accessible and compliant with regulations.
• Plan and deliver communications, digital campaigns, email, social media and website content to raise product awareness.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Previous product management experience in medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing, technical products, import/distribution or a similarly regulated environment.
• Experience managing product documentation, specifications and product data.
• Strong SharePoint knowledge and systems proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Structured, process‑driven approach with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with international suppliers is advantageous.

• Salary between £55,000 – £63,000 per year.
