Product Owner, Clinical Trial Site Management

About the role

The Clinical Trial Site Management team at GSK is looking for a Product Owner to drive the strategy and delivery of site‑ and operations‑facing products. You will shape tools and platforms that support feasibility, study start‑up, contracting, budgeting and other critical trial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, backlog and delivery roadmap for a sub‑portfolio of site‑focused processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to prioritise features, make investment decisions and manage financial oversight of the product portfolio.
• Leverage data and AI‑driven insights to identify opportunities, demonstrate value and continuously optimise outcomes.
• Represent the domain in portfolio‑level planning and governance, ensuring technology priorities are understood at leadership level.
• Drive product adoption, embed capabilities into business processes and champion continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership or product management within clinical trial or pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Financial accountability for product portfolios and a track record of delivering measurable value.
• AI‑first mindset, comfortable applying AI to discovery, analysis, decision‑making and product design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven setting.
