Production and Packing Operative – £14.50/hr

About the role
Join a fast‑moving warehouse and production team in Harlow as a Production and Packing Operative. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Quality Director to ensure products are manufactured, inspected and packed to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out warehousing, stock control, production, inspection and packing tasks in line with company procedures and quality systems.
- Produce a variety of components, performing manual operations to finish parts as required.
- Inspect incoming goods and manufactured parts, complete documentation and conduct flammability tests.
- Maintain a clean, organised work environment and keep walkways and exits clear.
- Operate machinery safely, following training and health‑and‑safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to quality and safety standards.
