Production Manager – Originals

About the role

LADbible Studios' Originals team creates award‑winning digital content for social platforms. As Production Manager you will oversee end‑to‑end production of Originals shows, ensuring each shoot runs smoothly and delivers high‑quality, on‑brand content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full production cycle for Originals content, managing shoots, timelines, budgets, resources and vendors across editorial and sponsored projects.
• Coordinate production logistics – studios, locations, crews, talent and post‑production – for UK and international shoots.
• Build and manage production budgets, negotiate rates with suppliers and freelancers, and monitor spend to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, complete risk assessments and maintain production documentation, releases and post‑shoot paperwork.
• Continuously improve internal production processes to boost team efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in digital media.
• Proven ability to handle multiple high‑volume projects simultaneously while staying calm under pressure.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Budgeting and negotiation expertise.
• Understanding of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
