Production Operative – 12‑Hour Shifts Mon‑Wed

About the role

Join Sofina Foods’ busy Malton plant as a Production Operative, working 12‑hour shifts from Monday to Wednesday. You will be a vital part of the production line, helping to manufacture high‑quality meat and seafood products while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify product specifications such as size, weight and colour.
• Adjust machine settings for different product runs.
• Report any faults in products or machinery to the team leader.
• Process meat products, pack and label goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety rules at all times.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet production targets.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Patience and consistency for repetitive tasks.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable to change.
