About the role

We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing line in Dunkeswell, Devon. The role offers a 4‑day working week, competitive hourly rates and the chance to progress to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery on a fast‑paced line after completing full training.
• Weigh, package and label products accurately to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Follow strict health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.

• Ability to work in a fast‑moving manufacturing setting.
