About the role
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Assembly Operatives for a market‑leading manufacturing business in Weymouth. The position is full‑time, temporary and offers a supportive environment with full training and immediate start.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble products to detailed specifications following written and verbal instructions.
- Identify and report faults or non‑conformities during the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members in a busy production setting to meet daily targets.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Previous production or assembly experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Reliable, proactive and hardworking attitude.
Required skills
What we offer
- Starting hourly rate of £13.95.
- Enhanced overtime rate of £20.92.
- Working hours Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with early finish on Fridays.
- Free on‑site parking and full training provided.
- Immediate start available.
