Production Operative – FLT Shifts (12‑hour rotating)

About the role
We are seeking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Aspatria, Cumbria. The role involves a rotating 12‑hour shift pattern, providing essential support to keep production running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery throughout the shift.
- Use a forklift truck to lift and move products up to 20 kg.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and report any issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Reliable and hardworking with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Willingness to work two consecutive day shifts followed by two night shifts.
- Previous experience in a production or forklift environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Forklift operation (FLT) – ability to safely handle loads up to 20 kg.
What we offer
- £14.00 per hour.
- Immediate start and ongoing work.
- Full‑time contract through Adecco.
