Production Operative

About the role

We are partnering with a prestigious manufacturing business in the S73 area to recruit a Production Operative. You will join a dynamic production team, operating machinery and ensuring product quality throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production lines, inspect output quality and conduct basic testing.
• Document quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Pack, label and prepare finished products for shipment, including palletising, stacking, strapping and wrapping.
• Learn to use measuring equipment such as measuring tapes.

Required profile

• Previous experience with machinery is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexible to work day and night shifts on a rotating weekly schedule.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £12.63.
• Weekly rotating shift pattern (06:00‑14:00, 14:00‑22:00, 22:00‑06:00).
• Full training provided.
