About the role
We are partnering with a prestigious manufacturing business in the S73 area to recruit a Production Operative. You will join a dynamic production team, operating machinery and ensuring product quality throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production machinery efficiently and safely.
- Monitor production lines, inspect output quality and conduct basic testing.
- Document quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Pack, label and prepare finished products for shipment, including palletising, stacking, strapping and wrapping.
- Learn to use measuring equipment such as measuring tapes.
Required profile
- Previous experience with machinery is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexible to work day and night shifts on a rotating weekly schedule.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £12.63.
- Weekly rotating shift pattern (06:00‑14:00, 14:00‑22:00, 22:00‑06:00).
- Full training provided.
