About the role

Join our Denton site in Greater Manchester as a Production Operative, supporting the safe and efficient manufacture of high‑quality bricks and building materials. You will receive training to work with tools and machinery, contributing to our commitment to sustainable construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes.

Required profile

• Flexible and adaptable with a can‑do attitude.
• Committed to health and safety standards.
• Good literacy and time‑keeping skills.
• Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Physically fit for varied, sometimes demanding tasks.
