About the role

We are seeking Production Operatives for a fast‑growing food manufacturing business in Middlesbrough. The role offers immediate start dates and a variety of shift patterns, allowing you to work in a dynamic, team‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate on a fast‑paced production line.
  • Follow hygiene and strict health‑and‑safety guidelines.
  • Perform quality checks on consumable goods.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
  • Maintain internal standards throughout the shift.

Required profile

  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Good numeracy and literacy.
  • Team‑player with strong communication.
  • Previous experience in a leading or supervisory role.
  • Effective time‑management and self‑motivation.
  • Enthusiastic and customer‑focused.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Non‑rotational 8‑hour shifts (£12.71 per hour).
    • 2‑shift rotational (£13.98 per hour).
    • 3‑shift rotational (£14.62 per hour).
    • 4‑on‑4‑off 12‑hour shifts (£15.25 per hour).
