We are seeking Production Operatives for a fast‑growing food manufacturing business in Middlesbrough. The role offers immediate start dates and a variety of shift patterns, allowing you to work in a dynamic, team‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate on a fast‑paced production line.
• Follow hygiene and strict health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on consumable goods.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Maintain internal standards throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Flexible and adaptable.
• Good numeracy and literacy.

• Previous experience in a leading or supervisory role.
