About the role
We are looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our client’s manufacturing team in Kirkham. You will work on a fast‑moving production line, handling picking, packing and general duties while ensuring product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery on the production line and monitor product standards.
- Pick and pack items according to specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely.
- Work in a cold environment and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow rotating shift patterns (6 am‑4 pm or 4 pm‑12 am).
Required profile
- Reliability and ability to work physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
- Own transport is advantageous.
