Production Operative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our client’s manufacturing team in Kirkham. You will work on a fast‑moving production line, handling picking, packing and general duties while ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery on the production line and monitor product standards.
• Pick and pack items according to specifications.
• Perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely.
• Work in a cold environment and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow rotating shift patterns (6 am‑4 pm or 4 pm‑12 am).

Required profile

• Reliability and ability to work physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Own transport is advantageous.
