Production Operative – Rotating Shifts in Coleshill

About the role

We are seeking experienced Production Operatives to join a leading manufacturing client in Coleshill. The role is permanent and operates on a rotating shift pattern, offering a dynamic environment where you will contribute to the creation of high‑quality components.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines safely and efficiently.
• Assemble components of varying sizes according to specifications.
• Perform quality inspections, including final visual checks.
• Pack finished items for dispatch and manage waste recycling.
• Carry out stock and inventory checks and update production records.
• Follow drawings, job information, and production specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a factory or manufacturing setting.
• Proven machine‑operating experience.
• Hands‑on assembly and production background.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
