About the role
Join Pilgrims' food manufacturing site in Attleborough as a Production Operative or Skilled Operative. You will help produce and package high‑quality meat and ready‑to‑eat products, working on a 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern from 06:00 to 18:00. The role is permanent and offers competitive hourly rates.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production line equipment to meet daily output targets.
- Handle raw meat and ready‑to‑eat items safely and hygienically.
- Ensure all products are packaged to customer specifications.
- Follow company health & safety and food safety standards at all times.
- Perform manual handling tasks as required.
Required profile
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule (4 days on, 4 days off).
- Commitment to permanent employment.
- Willingness to adhere to strict food safety and H&S procedures.
