Production Operative – Temporary Manufacturing Role

About the role
Our client, a global manufacturer operating a modern factory in Bicester, is seeking a reliable Production Operative on a temporary basis. The role supports daily output across two shift patterns (6am‑2pm or 2pm‑10pm) and offers a competitive rate of £15.25 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Lifting items weighing between 12 kg and 25 kg.
- Measuring and packing products.
- Carrying out general production duties to meet demand.
Required profile
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to work the specified shift patterns.
- Readiness to learn various roles within a food manufacturing environment.
- Possession of safety boots.
- Forklift licence or prior experience in food production/catering is advantageous but not mandatory.
