Production Operative – Warehouse & Production Line

About the role
Premier Work Support is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment in Crawley. The position starts as a temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. You will work on a dynamic shift pattern, supporting both warehouse and production line activities.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from stock within the warehouse.
- Package products on the production line.
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as loading, unloading and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow the assigned shift schedule (various start times between 6:00 and 8:00).
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time‑keeping and attention to detail.
