About the role

Join Albert Bartlett’s Airdrie facility as a Production Operative on the wash plant. You will be responsible for ensuring potatoes are cleaned and prepared for further processing, with full training provided. The role works the back‑shift, offering a stable routine and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wash‑plant equipment to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Follow health and safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily output targets.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – full training will be given.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically fit for standing long periods and handling manual tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliable for back‑shift hours.
