Production Operator – 3 Shift (Ontario)

About the role

3M is looking for Production Operators to join its manufacturing plant in London, ON. You will work on a rotating three‑shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday) operating automated equipment and helping the plant meet its productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and associated software.
• Apply Lean and 5S principles to improve efficiency and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform regular quality checks and ensure compliance with product standards.
• Troubleshoot plant processes, execute equipment changeovers, and conduct minor repairs.
• Record and report production data accurately for real‑time decision making.
• Adapt to new products, demands, and plant priorities as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work rotating weekly shifts (M‑A‑D).
• Residency in Canada.
