About the Role
Join a dynamic food manufacturing environment where your expertise will have an immediate and significant impact. As a Production Planner, you will play a critical role in synchronizing our manufacturing capabilities with market demand to ensure seamless operational excellence.
Main Missions
- Develop and manage daily production schedules across multiple lines to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers.
- Optimize inventory levels, product shelf life, and demand forecasting to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Act as the central communication hub between Production, Sales, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.
- Rapidly adjust production plans in response to real-time changes or supply chain fluctuations.
- Drive continuous improvement by reducing changeover times and optimizing production flow.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in industrial production planning, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
- Ability to hit the ground running and integrate quickly into a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex SKU portfolios.
- Resilience and agility to handle sudden shifts in production priorities.
