About the role

Join a leading high‑frequency trading fund as a Production Software Engineer in a fast‑moving London team. You will work closely with end‑users to design, build and maintain robust, user‑friendly applications that solve complex real‑world problems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design system architecture and develop back‑end services using Python and Go.
• Implement front‑end interfaces with Django, Flask, Dash and React.
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes, integrate messaging with Kafka.
• Write clean, testable code and maintain high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on Python programming skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good understanding of Linux system administration.
• Passionate about writing quality, testable code.
• Ability to manage priorities and switch between multiple projects.
• Not a fresh graduate; trading‑industry experience is a plus.
