Production Wirer – Winchester

About the role

Our client is seeking Production Wirers to join a busy lighting manufacturing team in Winchester. This full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday position offers stable hours and the chance to develop specialist skills in lamp and lighting assembly.

Key responsibilities

• Wire and assemble lamps and lighting fixtures to required quality and safety standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and written instructions to guide assembly work.
• Use hand tools and electrical testing equipment to verify product functionality.
• Ensure each finished product meets safety, functional and quality criteria before dispatch.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a reliable, punctual work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous wiring or electrical assembly experience is desirable but not essential.
