Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and oversee a portfolio of complex projects within TCS. The role bridges high‑level strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution, ensuring resources are optimised and risks are managed to deliver business goals on time.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain program strategies, roadmaps and goals aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver new features, products or services.
• Manage dependencies, risks and roadblocks across multiple projects.
• Allocate resources and oversee budgets for the entire programme.
• Prepare progress reports, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and present updates to senior leadership.
• Define KPIs, track performance metrics and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in communications, media or other complex organisations.
• Proven experience with delivery methodologies such as Waterfall.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, conflict‑management and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of business analysis tools and modelling techniques.
• Desirable: experience delivering new products to market, familiarity with Agile delivery, resilience and political awareness.
