Project Control Specialist (SAP, AI & Enterprise Applications)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Control Specialist to lead the intake, prioritisation and capacity planning of SAP, AI and enterprise technology initiatives. You will work closely with Portfolio, Technology, Finance, Architecture, PMO and Delivery teams to ensure new demand is assessed, sequenced and delivered with clear scope and realistic timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intake and planning of SAP, AI, Finance Technology and enterprise technology demand.
• Assess project readiness, scope, funding, resource needs, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Maintain forward‑looking capacity plans across architecture, SAP, delivery, testing, data, security and vendor teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, delivery schedules and dependency maps.
• Support prioritisation decisions based on business value, urgency, risk and capacity.
• Identify planning conflicts early and recommend resequencing, resourcing, phasing or scope adjustments.
• Provide portfolio insights to senior leadership for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in portfolio planning, demand management, resource or capacity management within technology or transformation environments.
• Proven ability to work with portfolio leads, project managers, architects, finance teams, vendors and PMO functions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
