Project Coordinator

About the role

Berry Recruitment is seeking a detail‑driven Project Coordinator to join a manufacturing‑focused client in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The role involves managing order flow, preparing quotations, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule while keeping customers informed.

Key responsibilities

• Process project orders quickly and accurately.
• Prepare quotations and production packs for in‑house manufacturing.
• Coordinate production drawings and procurement from the factory and partner companies.
• Liaise with the warehouse to meet customer requirements on time and to a high standard.
• Deliver projects on schedule, providing regular updates to customers.
• Co‑ordinate UK‑wide after‑sales service with field‑based engineers.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience in planning, managing logistics and order management.
• Ability to work well within a small team and prioritize conflicting demands.
• Strong organisational abilities and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Current valid UK/EU driving licence is an advantage.
