Project Cost Controller (M/F) – Nuclear Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Project Cost Controller to join our nuclear ventilation and fluid process systems team. Reporting to the Project Management Team, you will ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting for large‑scale construction and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Update physical and financial progress curves and prepare progress statements for customer invoicing.
• Contribute to monthly project progress reports, including workforce data and productive hours.
• Maintain and improve project progress measurement and invoicing methodologies.
• Prepare change requests for the Contract Unit Price Schedule and keep it up to date.
• Monitor order intake, invoicing, and cash collection in coordination with Sales Administration.
• Forecast customer invoicing and track supplier invoicing schedules.
• Develop and refine forecasting and activity‑monitoring tools.
• Participate in bi‑annual budget reviews, re‑forecasts, and support EAC preparation.
• Drive continuous improvement of management control processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Management Control, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management control or financial management on large construction or industrial projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP.
• Experience using Power BI (plus).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
