Project Fulfilment Manager – Large Projects

About the role

Hilti is seeking a Project Fulfilment Manager to lead logistics for large construction projects in the Manchester region. The role bridges supply chain, logistics, prefabrication and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design regional and market‑specific supply and logistics concepts for large projects.
• Review Bills of Materials with Project Execution Managers to spot bottlenecks and supply risks.
• Gather and manage customer‑specific logistics requirements such as packaging, labeling, delivery sequencing and site constraints.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of agreed logistics and supply concepts, including inbound and outbound activities.
• Manage prefabrication activities and product modifications in collaboration with fulfilment and supply‑chain teams.
• Act as the operational point of contact for customers on delivery planning and job‑site logistics.
• Handle changes to logistics and supply concepts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project capture and bidding by evaluating logistics options and calculating associated costs.
• Ensure accurate order processing, on‑time delivery performance and resolution of customer concerns.
• Drive alignment between project requirements and supply‑chain capabilities to enable successful execution.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or project fulfilment.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end logistics for complex or large‑scale projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs and cost efficiency.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective stakeholder management and the ability to influence across functions and regions.
