About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to work remotely with our AI development teams. You will provide expert guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management while helping to shape AI training materials that reflect industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI engineers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop, review, and refine AI training content across diverse industry use cases.
• Translate complex project scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for model improvement.
• Lead client‑facing interactions to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
• Mentor technical staff on effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Continuously evaluate AI outputs for relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across multiple industries.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including budget and resource management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning.
