Project Manager – Bespoke Joinery & Interior Fit‑Outs

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end bespoke joinery and interior fit‑out projects from concept through to installation. You will work closely with designers, workshop teams, installers and clients to deliver premium residential, commercial and private projects across London, the South East and nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bespoke joinery and interior fit‑out projects from design handover to final completion.
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules, production workflows and material procurement.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications using SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead workshop and installation teams, ensuring quality standards and health & safety compliance.
• Plan resources, monitor budgets, track project performance and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct site visits across London, the South East and occasional nationwide locations.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in bespoke joinery, cabinetry, shop‑fitting or luxury interiors.
• Background in carpentry, joinery manufacturing or specialist woodworking.
• Strong understanding of production processes, technical drawings and installation management.
• Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• SolidWorks (or similar CAD software) for interpreting technical drawings.
