Project Manager – Bulk Liquid Storage Projects

About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary projects across two bulk liquid storage sites. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of initiatives, including civil works, fire‑fighting systems, jetty upgrades, and tank inspections.
Key responsibilities
- Manage M&R and CAPEX projects across two storage tank farm sites.
- Ensure project execution complies with UK and European legislation.
- Develop schedules and budgets, providing monthly progress reports.
- Maintain compliance with COMAH and CDM regulations.
- Oversee multiple projects valued between £10k and £1 million.
- Coordinate and manage contractors on‑site.
Required profile
- Proven project management experience in a COMAH‑regulated chemical or petrochemical brownfield environment.
- PMP or Prince2 qualification.
- Ability to handle projects of varying size and complexity.
Required skills
- PMP certification
- Prince2 certification
- Knowledge of COMAH regulations
- Knowledge of CDM regulations
