Project Manager / Business Analyst (Hybrid, London/Glasgow)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing specialist lender to hire a hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst. The role will support the delivery of business and technology change initiatives across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders in operations, underwriting, sales, compliance, product and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of business and technology change projects.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, actions and governance activities.
• Gather and document business requirements and facilitate workshops.
• Support process mapping, impact assessments, testing and implementation activities.
• Contribute to project reporting, governance and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Mortgage industry experience is essential.
• Background in a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, Change Analyst, Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage processes and customer journeys.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing business environment.
