Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out for Pubs & Bistros

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial fit‑out projects for pubs, bars and bistros across South Croydon and the wider South East. You will work closely with senior management and contracts managers to maintain site programmes, plan new site setups and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update site programmes in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
- Assist in planning and programming the initial setup of new sites.
- Visit various sites, monitor progress and report back to the Contracts Manager.
- Support commercial duties including tender returns.
- Ensure health and safety requirements are met on all projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in project management, contract management, refurbishment or maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
