Project Manager – Construction & Building Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and building services projects, primarily within the fire and security sector, across Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire. You will be responsible for delivering projects from initial planning through to successful completion while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, from planning and design to commissioning.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and external subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements, particularly for fire and security installations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or building services, preferably within fire and security systems.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Motivation to develop a long‑term career in a growing company.
