Project Manager – Energy Flexibility Deployments (London)

About the role

Voltalis is expanding its energy flexibility technology across the UK and needs a hands‑on Project Manager to own the full deployment cycle. Based in London, you will bridge field operations and R&D, ensuring installations go live while adapting our hardware and software for the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end deployment projects, including site surveys, subcontractor selection, scheduling and go‑live.
• Frame and negotiate contracts with partners and subcontractors.
• Translate field realities into clear functional specifications for hardware and software teams.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs and manage project budgets.
• Act as the liaison between English‑speaking stakeholders and French‑speaking engineers.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project‑management experience in energy, proptech, telecoms, infrastructure or similar fields.
• Proven track record delivering complex field deployments.
• Comfortable writing functional specifications and negotiating with building managers.
• Autonomous, rigorous and able to create structure where none exists.
• London‑based with full right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence.
