Project Manager – Events & Content Campaigns

About the role

Join an award‑winning agency’s Creative Services team as a Project Manager, leading complex events and major content campaigns for innovative entrepreneurs and prestigious organisations across the UK. You will work on roundtables, podcasts, content‑led storytelling and high‑impact live events, operating in a hybrid setting with three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of creative projects, from podcast production to briefing graphic designers and developing thought‑leadership reports.
• Serve as the primary client contact, setting expectations and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Guide junior team members to support seamless campaign and activation execution.
• Lead event strategy and logistics for conferences, webinars, roundtables, VIP dinners and other formats.
• Source venues, suppliers and high‑profile speakers, building strong industry partnerships.
• Shape campaign themes and draft engaging copy for articles, LinkedIn posts and other content.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary creative projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and deliver results.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

• Salary between £38,000 and £40,000 per year.
