Project Manager – Facilities Services

About the role

Join EDF's Facilities Services team as a Project Manager and lead refurbishment, maintenance and fit‑out projects across a diverse property portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient and value‑adding projects that support EDF’s transition to an Electric Britain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from inception to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate planning, procurement, design and construction activities with internal teams and external specialists.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, overseeing suppliers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental compliance, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Track performance, risks and opportunities to maximise value for money.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering construction or property projects from feasibility through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction and project‑management processes, including design, procurement and build phases.
• Relevant qualification in project management or a related discipline and professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, APM).
• Commercial awareness, numeracy and confidence using IT systems for project reporting.
• Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) and five‑year UK residency.
