Project Manager – French Speaking (Construction)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Project Manager to lead construction and engineering work packages for the Hinkley Point C nuclear project in Bridgwater. The role is full‑time, permanent and will initially be based on‑site with the expectation of relocating to France within 2‑3 years.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Manage project schedules, risks, costs and change using Earned Value Management and other tools.
• Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and nuclear quality requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to drive performance and progress.
• Prepare and present reports, influence decisions and facilitate workshops.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in construction, aligned with the APM Project Manager Competency Framework.
• Understanding of EPR nuclear design and complex EPCM projects.
• Strong leadership in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Professional qualification such as APM PPQ or equivalent.
• Fluent in French and English.
