Project Manager - GTM PMO

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a high‑performing go‑to‑market programme. You will work across sales, operations, finance, product, marketing and IT to keep complex, cross‑functional workstreams moving and deliver revenue‑driving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project governance for GTM initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to clarify priorities, manage risks and report outcomes.
• Build and implement practical process improvements to accelerate delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment from idea through execution.
• Maintain regular delivery rhythm and keep senior leadership informed of progress.

Required profile

• 8+ years of strong project management experience.
• Exposure to GTM programmes or business operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS, software, digital or fast‑moving transformation environments.
