Project Manager – HR Reward Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high‑visibility HR reward transformation programme for a leading UK retailer. The role will oversee the shift from tenure‑based recognition to a performance‑driven, digital platform, working in a hybrid setting from Bracknell.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of the HR/reward transformation initiative, including planning, scheduling and governance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, Reward, Finance, Technology and Communications.
• Lead third‑party vendors and support the implementation of recognition platforms.
• Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs and reporting packs.
• Track financials, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Drive communication and change‑management activities to ensure adoption of the new digital solution.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Background in HR, Reward or Employee Experience projects (highly desirable).
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
