Project Manager – HVAC Installation & Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead installation and refurbishment projects for a specialist HVAC manufacturer. Based in Southampton, you will work across the UK, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while developing your project management expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee HVAC installation and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to meet client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards on all sites.
• Liaise with engineering teams, suppliers and customers to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Background in HVAC or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience managing installation or refurbishment projects is desirable.
• Based in Hampshire or surrounding areas with the ability to travel across the UK.
