Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Project Manager to lead the delivery of experiential campaigns, live events and brand activations from concept to completion. You will work in a fast‑paced agency environment, managing client relationships, suppliers, budgets and onsite execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of experiential projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication and regular updates.
• Manage project budgets, purchase orders, supplier quotations and financial reporting.
• Coordinate production and logistics, including venue sourcing, contracting, site visits and onsite documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with production partners, venues, freelancers and specialist suppliers.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support internal processes and team collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
