Project Manager

About the role

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Transformation and Technology function at the T3 Head Offices in Solihull. Working in a hybrid model, you will lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver initiatives on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Manage project teams, set clear objectives and monitor deliverables.
• Coordinate with technology specialists to ensure timely input and adherence to standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for single or multiple programmes.
• Produce project documentation, budget reports and status updates to agreed standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, steering committees and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience with recognised accreditation.
• Track record of managing budgets exceeding £2 million.
• Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams under pressure.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and prioritisation skills.

Required skills

• Project management accreditation (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
