Project Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, technology‑driven organisation as a Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting‑edge technology development and New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive projects from concept through to successful delivery, and work closely with technical experts and key stakeholders to ensure efficient, on‑time execution aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technical team to define project specifications, deliverables, milestones and critical‑path activities.
• Proactively manage risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.
• Apply project‑management frameworks such as Fast Time to Market (FTTM) and use tools like MS Project, MES and PLM to plan and track complex technical projects.
• Support the Programme Director with budgets and spend, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams, drive accountability and facilitate effective decision‑making while balancing competing priorities.

Required profile

• A degree in Physical Sciences, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Solid technical foundation in MicroLED, OLED/LCD, semiconductor manufacturing or optoelectronics.
• Experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams on NPI and hardware development lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical topics for diverse audiences and engage senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project, MES and PLM platforms.
• Familiarity with Fast Time to Market (FTTM) project‑management framework.
