Project Manager – Oil & Gas Integrity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Oceaneering’s oil‑and‑gas integrity and inspection contracts. The role will coordinate resources, manage client relationships and ensure projects are executed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main focal point for all aspects of designated contracts, managing day‑to‑day operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain project management plans with clients and internal teams, ensuring activities are properly scheduled.
• Identify, prioritize and allocate work and resources, tracking progress against milestones and KPIs.
• Prepare budgets, proposals, monthly reports and commercial control of contract scopes.
• Facilitate integrity processes, client communications and HSE audits, addressing risk implications.
• Lead team appraisals, personal development plans and scope building activities.

Required profile

• Considerable experience leading project teams in the oil‑and‑gas sector.
• Strong background in integrity management/inspection and financial control.
• Familiarity with QA/QC systems, service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
• Proven ability to work with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
